Day 23

Today I tried to do a two workout day and the first workout wore me out to the point I couldn't get to the gym Monday night.

Breakfast: Veggie omelet 1/2cup of grits

After workout meal: 1/2cup brown rice. 2 fried eggs

Lunch: Hamburger

Dinner: Nachos with 7 tortillas chips
